Girls Go Tech推出Career in STEM活動系列，讓參加者對與STEM 相關的行業及大學選科有更多了解，從而規劃自己的未來！第三場Career in STEM 活動為｢機器學習 無遠弗屆｣，活動詳情如下：
Career in STEM活動系列(三) ：｢機器學習 無遠弗屆｣ 視像講座
今時今日，運用科技將數據轉化成知識，大大擴濶我們的知識領域。是次視像講座，我們邀請了三位嘉賓講者，包括投資銀行Macquarie 的軟件工程師Kitty Wu，分享她參與編程的程式交易 (algorithmic trading)；香港大學研究助理Kayi Chan 講解無人機及機器學習對抗海洋環境的塑膠污染； 香港大學博士生Yoyo Chu，分享攻讀STEM學科的心得及研究火星的工作。
日期: 2021年12月3日（星期五）
時間: 晚上8:30至 9:30
參加者出席講座後，完成簡單問題及分享意見，即可獲取獎賞分數。
*凡出席所有Career in STEM活動(共三場)的參加者，有機會得到 Logitech 無線鍵盤一個。*

Girls Go Tech has launched a ‘Career in STEM' series in which participants can learn about different STEM-related industries to inform their decisions around university subject choices and career planning.
The third session in the ‘Career in STEM’ series is titled “Machine Learning from Near to Far”. Details as below:
Career in STEM series (3): Machine Learning from Near to Far
Technology translates data into knowledge and broadens our horizon. In this webinar, we have invited three guest speakers: Kitty Wu, a software engineer from investment bank Macquarie, will speak on algorithmic trading ; Kayi Chan, a Research Assistant at the University of Hong Kong, will discuss the utilisation of drones and machine learning to tackle plastic pollution in the marine environment; Yoyo Chu, a PhD student at the University of Hong Kong, will speak on studying STEM and share briefly about her work on Martian geomorphology.
Date: December 3, 2021 (Friday)
Time: 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Participants will earn reward points by attending the webinar, completing simple questions and providing feedback.
*Participants who attend all three "Career in STEM" sessions will have the chance to win a wireless Logitech keyboard.
